It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cay Drachnik, HLM, ATR, MFCC, on December 3, 2018. A pioneer in the field, Drachnik served as AATA President from 1987-1989 and was widely recognized for her influential work on the Government Affairs Committee in her home state of California. She was also a founder of the Northern California Art Therapy Association, and first recipient of the chapter’s Honorary Life Member award. Read her full obituary here.
