2023 Year-in-Review for the Art Therapy Journal

2023 was a notable year for Art Therapy: Journal of the American Art Therapy Association!

In addition to celebrating a milestone anniversary with our 40th Volume, Art Therapy received a debut impact factor score of 1.3, a valuable component for determining a journal’s influence among readers, authors, researchers, and institutions. 

This past year also saw a strong digital presence for the Journal, with more than 160,000 article downloads and views in 2023 alone.
