With the closing of the AATA’s DEI Organizational Questionnaire earlier this month, the DEI Committee wanted to extend a thank you to everyone who contributed to this survey. Almost 100 responses were received about the culture and climate of the AATA. We appreciate everyone’s responses to help the AATA become a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization. Throughout February, the DEI Committee continued to work on finalizing a plan to examine the data gathered from the listening sessions and this questionnaire.
