This week, the AATA 50th Anniversary Committee and the National Staff launched the AATA’s 50th Anniversary webpage: https://arttherapy.org/aata50th/. It’s your portal into our year-round celebration of 50 Years of Healing through Art. Throughout the year, we will be updating this page with stories, photos, and milestones shared by our members, mental health allies, and the communities we serve.
The Anniversary webpage is a way for you become involved and follow the celebration. For example, you can share your art therapy story, give advice to current art therapy students and new professionals entering the field—or learn how to participate in a collaborative video project! You can also join daily conversations on social media by following #AATA50th on Instagram, Twitter, or on our Anniversary event page on Facebook.
