As part of the CAAHEP Standards development process, the Accreditation Council for Art Therapy Education (ACATE) is inviting public comments on the proposed CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines for the Accreditation of Educational Programs in Art Therapy. To review a copy of the proposed Standards, download a copy here. Use this version of the Standards as a reference to provide your comments in the survey tool below. ACATE will be accepting comments on the proposed Standards until September 3, 2024, 5pm ET.
Proposed Standards Open Hearing
An open hearing on the proposed CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines for the Accreditation of Educational Programs in Art Therapy will be held on September 24, 2024, 3:00 PM ET. To attend the open hearing, you must register at this link before September 24, 2024, 12:00 PM ET.
