AATA2026 Virtual Registration Rates
The Virtual Conference will be held Nov. 14 – 15. Register for one or both days! If you cannot participate in the sessions live in real time, or want to re-watch, you will have access to ALL sessions to view at your own pace.
If you are registered for the In-Person Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will receive a 50% discount for the Virtual Conference registration.
When you sign in to register, the registration system will show you the best available discounted rate based on your membership status.

Refunds & Cancellations
Please review the conference cancellation policy before registering!
- Registrants who purchase the Virtual Conference but DO NOT attend will not be given refunds. Instead, you will be given access to the recordings via the Online Learning Academy (OLA) Self-Study version for these sessions. You will still be eligible to earn CEs by completing them.
- Cancellations are only considered under exceptional circumstances and must be submitted in writing. If approved, a refund may be issued minus a $50 administrative fee.
- To cancel and/or request a refund, please email info@arttherapy.org.
- Attendees who receive a refund will not have access to this live Virtual Conference event, nor will they be eligible to receive CEs from the On-Demand or Self-Study versions unless repurchased.
