AATA2025 Virtual Registration Rates

The Virtual Conference will be held Oct. 25 – 26. Register for one or both days! If you cannot participate in the sessions live in real time, or want to re-watch, you will have access to ALL sessions to view at your own pace.

Refunds & Cancellations

Please review the conference cancellation policy before registering!

  • Registrants who purchase the Virtual Event but DO NOT attend will not be given refunds, instead, you will be enrolled in the Online Learning Academy (OLA) Self-Study Version for these sessions where you will still be eligible to earn CEs by completing them. 
  • Cancellations are only considered under exceptional circumstances and must be submitted in writing. If approved, a refund may be issued minus a $50 administrative fee. 
  • To cancel and/or request a refund please e-mail: info@arttherapy.org.
  • Attendees who receive a refund will not have access to this live virtual Eeent, nor will they be eligible to receive CEs from the On-Demand or Self-Study versions unless repurchased.
