AATA2025 Registration Rates

The Core Program at this year’s conference will take place Oct. 9 – 11. You have the option of registering for all the Core Program Days (Oct. 9-11) or registering for a one- or two-day pass (for Oct. 9-11). However, if you plan to attend an Advanced Practice Course (Pre-Conference, Oct. 8), then you must be registered to attend the first Core Program Day, Oct. 9. 

 

Full Conference Rate
Includes access to all core program sessions during the Core Program Days (Oct. 9 – 11).
Does not include events associated with additional fees, including Advanced Practice Courses and Workshops.

One-Day or Two-Day Rates
One- or two-day passes are available for Core Program Days (Oct. 9 – 11).
Includes all core program sessions for the one day (or two days) selected.  

Advanced Practice Courses
Full-Day and Half-Day Advanced Practice Courses will be held on Oct. 8. (See the list of courses.)

Get the best rates through AATA’s hotel block at the Hilton Portland Downtown. All learning and networking sessions will take place here, and staying here will help you connect with other attendees!

AATA’s Hotel Block is available October 5 – 12, 2025. Please make your hotel reservations online to secure the AATA discounted rate.

Refunds & Cancellations

Please review the conference cancellation policy before you register. 

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to info@arttherapy.org. Specific percentage refunds will be provided based on the date on which the cancellation request is received.  

   
The Association will consider alternative registration refunds requested by attendees in cases of serious illness and/or the death of a family member or significant other. Illnesses must be documented by a physician’s letter; for a death, please provide the date of death in your communication.  
*You may also consider transferring your registration to another attendee.  
   

For refund requests received via email by September 7, 2025, a refund of 75% of the registration fee will be issued.  

For refund requests received via email between September 8, 2025, and October 1, 2025, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued.

For refund requests requested after October 1, 2025, no monetary refunds will be issued. Rather, a credit of 50% of the registration fee will be offered which can be applied to the registration at the next AATA Annual Conference (In-Person or Virtual) and/or any AATA online learning opportunity offerings. These credits are not transferable to another attendee. 

AATA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for any type of refund must be submitted in writing, along with any required documentation, no later than October 17, 2025. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.    

 

*Substitutions and Transfers: A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to info@arttherapy.org. The original attendee must notify AATA of the name and contact information of the substituted party. AATA will revise the registration and notify the parties involved to confirm the substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
