Our goal for the virtual conference is to provide a quality attendee experience through world-class continuing education programming, art-making experientials, networking events, and more.
This conference will not be your “traditional” Zoom webinar. For in-person AATA2024 attendees, the virtual conference will augment your experience in Pittsburgh. For first time attendees, this will be your opportunity to connect with presenters and panelists, as well as meet new friends or catch up with colleagues from around the globe.
What’s Included in Your Registration
- Live, interactive Continuing Education sessions, including panels and workshops. (Attendees may receive up to 17 CE credits.)
- If you are unable to watch a session live, you will have access to sessions for 6 months after the conference

AATA2024 Virtual Registration Rates
When you register, you will have the option of selecting both days (full virtual conference) or a one-day pass (with your choice of day). As with all our events, AATA members, including professional, student, and retired members, will receive a registration discount.
This year, AATA2024 in-person attendees will receive an additional 50% discounted rate for the virtual conference.
Full Virtual Conference Rate
Includes access to all programming on both days, Oct. 26 – 27.
You will have access to all virtual conference sessions from both days for 6 months.
One-Day Virtual Conference Rate
One-day passes are available for either virtual conference day, Oct. 26 or 27.
You will have access to all sessions held on that conference day for 6 months.
When you sign in to register, the registration system will show you the best available discounted rate based on your membership status and if you attended the AATA2024 in-person conference.

Refunds & Cancellations
Please review the below conference cancellation policy before you register:
- To cancel and/or request a refund, please e-mail: info@arttherapy.org.
- If you cancel in writing at least 3 business days before the program, you will be refunded your registration fee after a $30 administrative charge.
- Registrants who purchase the Virtual Event but DO NOT attend will not be given refunds, instead, you will be enrolled in the Online Learning Academy (OLA) Self-Study version for these sessions where you will still be eligible to earn CEs by completing them.
- Attendees who receive a refund will not have access to this Live Virtual Event, nor will they be eligible to receive CEs from the On-Demand or Self-Study versions unless repurchased.
