This year, AATA’s Conference Committee is excited to work with Dress for Success Pittsburgh, a nonprofit community organization with the mission to empower women who are entering and returning to the workforce.
Dress for Success is asking AATA2024 conference attendees to bring with them for donation:
- Purses and handbags
- Size 14 and up seasonal tops, pants and dresses
- Coats
- Size 9 and up shoes of all types (dress, casual, sneakers, non-slip)
- Jackets/hoodies all sizes
- New/packaged socks and underwear

Clothing must be clean and ready to wear, so that women who have same-day interviews can walk out of the Dress for Success office feeling fabulous and confident!
If you are traveling by plane and don’t have room to pack clothing, please consider bringing a purse or bag to contribute.
