Your AATA membership number is your User Name. Locate your membership number on your current AATA Membership Card. The number is also on your current AATA dues statement at the top left beneath the statement number and above your name. Use the numbers between the hyphens. If your ID number begins with zero, do not enter the zero.

Your last name, all lower case with no punctuation, is your Password. For those with two or more last names, use the last name only. If your last name is hyphenated, remove the hyphen and combine the last two names.
